Notes:

1. Run "注册表修复,第一次启动前必要.reg" and confirm the registry import
2. First register an account at http://phantasystaronline.cn:88
Log in on the website, find "PC V1V2账户管理" (PC V1V2 account panel) at the bottom and click "生成" (Generate) to create a serial number and access key for your account (custom CDKEYs and serials are not supported yet, to prevent cheating)
3. Start "梦幻之星在线.exe", click 选项 (Options) -> 设置序列号密钥 (Set serial & key) -> enter the serial (10 characters; pad with leading zeros if shorter) and the key generated in the website account panel (http://phantasystaronline.cn:88/account.php), then click 完成 (Done)
4. Choose the server "PSOCN SERVER" and click 保存 (Save)
5. Click 在线游戏 (Online Game) and enjoy
